Business Supports

The Living City Initiative is a scheme of property tax incentives designed to regenerate both historic buildings and other buildings in Limerick.

Extended to December 2027.

Limerick City and County Council is offering incentives for the encouragement of Business & Retail within the core retail and business area of the city centre, towns and villages centre of Limerick. The grant is being offered as a contribution towards fit out and overhead costs.

Limerick City and County Council has agreed to allocate funding in 2024 to support small and medium businesses operating in Limerick City and County.
