Our engagement across all agencies, public and private sectors and entrepreneurs means that the team at ENGINE can facilitate and encourage stakeholder interaction across all levels.

The facilities at ENGINE include business hub space with fixed desks, training room and hot desks with a variety of tenancy options suitable for all business types.

The layout of ENGINE is one which encourages cross-collaboration, creativity and innovation. The ground floor training facility includes high-tech audio visual equipment, a breakout area, kitchen facilities and access to the garden at the rear of the building. There is also a co-working office space and hot desk facilities on the ground floor for new business development.

The first floor of the building consists of an open plan office space which is currently home to  the Innovate Limerick team which includes the Film In Limerick Co-Ordinator, the Mid West Action Plan for Jobs Manager, the Regional Tech Manager and the Regional Skills Co-Ordinator; thus providing a one stop shop for employment, training and skills solutions across all sectors. 

Furthermore, the first floor is also home to tech company WP Engine.

The first and second floors of ENGINE also comprise of additional meeting room and training space to suit a variety of needs. The layout of the building allows for events and meetings to be accommodated with communal kitchen and catering facilities accessible to all. ENGINE is an ideal meeting space in the city centre and has already accommodated a wide range of training courses for the film sector.

ENGINE provides a meeting point for multinationals to engage with enterprise solutions providers.

The training facilities at ENGINE have been developed to create a supply of skills to meet the needs of the international film sector following the location of international film studios Troy Studios in Limerick. By partnering with the film and tech sectors, we are ensuring that the training provided is tailored to the skills needs of the sector. This approach will maximise employment opportunities for participants.
