Lumen Street Theatre brought its Fire & Shadows Parade, celebrating the Irish origins of Hallowe'en with a procession of illuminated supernatural beings, to the streets of Limerick city on Saturday 26th October 2024.
Thousands of people lined the streets to watch the Spirits of the Forest along with the illustrious Bishop’s Lady roaming the city's alleyways, reclaiming their ancient pathways and habitats.
The parade was co-funded by Limerick City and County Council, Fáilte Ireland, the Night Time Economy Unit in the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media and the Arts Council of Ireland.
