All we Have are Days: A Winter Weekend with Music at its Heart

ll we Have are Days festival debuts in Limerick City this St. Brigid’s weekend, headlined by Oscar nominee Ruth Negga, DJ & producer Quantic, U.S. filmmaker dream hampton a singer/songwriter Lisa Hannigan, while also featuring numerous artists from Limerick’s music community in particular, and cultural community more widely.

Presented in partnership with Guinness and Limerick City and County Council, All we Have are Days is a music-centred festival embedded in the city, hosting shows in Limerick’s churches, theatres, pub corners, public spaces and more intimate traditional venues. 

All we Have are Days welcomes Irish and international artists for unique shows in venues across Limerick City throughout the February bank holiday. A Winter Weekend, with Music at its Heart, All we Have are Days is in partnership with Guinness, Limerick City and County Council, and Limerick Chamber of Commerce.

Headlined by Oscar nominee Ruth Negga, Lisa Hannigan, Quantic and filmmaker dream hampton, All Have are Days features a broad range of shows across the weekend, including performances, conversations, screenings and pop-up sets with Bell X1’s Paul Noonan, Sinéad Gleeson, Gemma Hayes, Anna B Savage, Denise Chaila, Niamh Regan, windings, Donal Dineen, Brian B+ Cross, and more to be announced. 

Along with Ruth Negga, who was raised in the city, All we Have are Days welcomes a range of Limerick artists within the weekend’s programme, including renowned photographer and filmmaker Brian B+ Cros playwright Mike Finn, songwriters Steve Ryan & Emma Langford, writer & MC Denise Chaila, and illustrator Jacob Stack.

Across the weekend, All we Have are Days will announce brief popup shows with festival artists in some of the city’s favourite pubs, including The White House, Tom Collins, J.J. Bowles, Dolan’s, Mother Mac’s, Jerry Flannery’s, Pharmacia, The Commercial, Bobby Byrnes, Curragower and Nancy Blake’s.

All we Have are Days will also host shows in County Limerick, welcoming festival artists to venues around the county and broadening the festival’s reach to a wider Limerick audience.

All we Have are Days festival club welcomes a number of Limerick promoters and Irish artists,, with key nights including Prima Volta, Strictly Rhythm and Trad Folkin’ Rocks each programming late night shows.
