City Centre to University of Limerick

This 4.5km shared walkway/cycleway weaves its way through a special area of conservation along the River Shannon from Limerick city centre to the University of Limerick campus. From the city centre, the route starts at the Lock Quay Bridge, and ends at the UL Boat House.

Shannon Fields (Corbally) to Guinness Bridge (City Canal)

The path provides 1.62km of good-quality shared surface, running parallel to the River Shannon. This shared walking and cycling facility through the historic Shannon Fields includes a smooth surface, lighting, cctv, seating, exercise equipment, and signage. Why not take a walk or cycle to see it for yourself?

Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails

Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails is the largest trail network of its kind in Ireland. 98km of trails including forest road climbs, tight twisty singletrack with loads of ups and downs, board walk, tight turns and technical rocky bits are guaranteed to leave you smiling!
