The Spitjack 

Brunch can be a family-friendly affair, that doesn’t have to downgrade the food. The Spitjack on Bedford Row is a buzzy, vibrant space that offers imaginative takes on the classics, which are sure to please guests of all ages. Their pancakes, French toast and waffles are a thing to behold! 

Taikichi

Kids will get a serious kick out of the Kodomo Bento designed especially with little eaters in mind. Including Ebi Furai, Cucumber Norimaki as well as kiddie favourites: chicken nuggets, sausage and chips - its sure to be a hit. The Locke Bar and Restaurant 

Despite being a bar, The Locke is a family-friendly spot at the weekends, offering a dedicated children’s menu with cute drawings of surrounding medieval Limerick. The food is child-friendly but high quality, including Irish hake goujons, homemade soup and bangers and mash. 

Bella Italia 

Kids will love Bella Italia, a family owned and operated restaurant with three locations across Limerick. Their Menu Bambino offers firm favourites including pizza, spaghetti Bolognese and meatballs. But be warned, after trying their penne pesto, your kids may turn their noses up at supermarket pesto!

Coqbull 

Taking their motto “Why should the adults have all the fun?” to heart, Coqbull, with two locations in Limerick offers tasty favourites including variations on burgers, pizzas, rotisserie chicken as well as delicious desserts. It’s a great option when you’re out and about for a quick bite with the kids.

Jasmine Palace 

A real Limerick institution, the Jasmine Palace offers both a sit down and a buffet service, serving old favourites and innovative new dishes. Kids will absolutely love the robot cats that make their way around the restaurant bringing dishes from the kitchen.
