Meditation Classes:
Drop In Classes: Wednesdays @ 7pm – 8.30pm. Venue: 1st Floor, Your Yoga Centre, Corbally Road (over Hook & Ladder). Each week is different, but classes are grouped into courses on different topics. You can attend any week on a drop in, pay as you go basis.
All of our drop-in classes are perfectly suited for busy modern people. You do not need to be a Buddhist to enjoy and understand Buddha’s teachings – anyone can benefit from increased inner peace.
