West Limerick Sports Complex is a not-for-profit Social Enterprise providing Leisure and Fitness Facilities for the whole community!
We have an 18m heated Swimming Pool with Sauna and Steamroom, fully equipped Gym with Group Exercise Studio. We also have a coffee dock for refreshments- tea/coffee and free wifi.
We provide a wide range of services – Swimming Lessons, Aqua Aerobics, Gym Programmes, Pool Programmes, Personal Training, Sports Injury Treatments, Massage and lots more!
We are open 7 days a week, Monday to Friday 6am to 10pm and Weekends 8am to 7pm. We have Memberships and Pay As You Go Rates to suit everyone.
All memberships include free consultation, programmes and review with qualified instructors.
