With JumpLanes you can take part in our fitness classes conducted by our in house qualified trampoline fitness instructor. 

Trampoline Fitness is a recent phenomenon that has taken America by storm and JumpLanes are brining this excellent and fun fitness concept to Limerick City. Our trampoline's are like no other and they offer lanes and lanes of bouncing fitness fun that bend up towards the sides, allowing you to use all your energy to bounce off the walls.

Fitness Classes

With JumpLanes you can take part in our fitness classes conducted by our in house qualified trampoline fitness instructor. Classes take place each and every Wednesday at 6pm

Group Fitness  for your Club / Organisation

For an alternative and fun group fitness method give trampolining a try, its a superb way of training indoors, away from the sometimes harsh Irish weather.
