West Limerick AC caters for Juvenile, Adult and Fit4Life members of all abilities.
The club is involved in county and regional cross country and athletics track competitions, road races, training, and also has a Fit For Life non-competitive group.
The club has more recently got involved with couch to 5 K programmes in an effort to promote athletics locally.
West Limerick AC Club Was set up in 1979. The club is affiliated with Athletics Ireland Association and currently has 144 members of which 21 are juvenile. The club caters for caters for Juvenile, Adult and Fit4Life members of all abilities. The members are from both the city and county of Limerick.
The club trains all year round on a Tuesday evening in the Demesne, Newcastle West at 6pm for Juveniles and 7pm for Adults and Fit for life group.
