Hillcrest Equestrian Centre is situated on the borders of 3 Counties in a most picturesque location under the Galtee mountains. It caters for all grades of rider.

Located in the shadow of the breathtaking Galtee Mountains, with the Glen of Aherlow on one side and the Ballyhoura Mountains on the other, Hillcrest Riding Centre in Galbally, County Limerick boasts one of the most scenic settings for horse riding in Ireland, or indeed anywhere.

They are pleased to offer instruction to all levels and offer a wide variety of equestrian events including hacking, trekking, show jumping, cross-country, dressage, pre-hunting, and week-long pony camps for both adults and children, a fantastic way to really engage with the horses and improve your riding skills.

They also offer a very popular week-long ‘Post to Post’ trail riding holiday and are happy to pre-arrange accommodation for you. If you’d like to combine horse riding with improving your English language skills, they have two TEFL qualified teachers on staff who provide lessons as part of a riding holiday package.

Approved by AIRE and Failte Ireland, they take great pride in providing a professional, well-run service with and emphasis on enjoyment and safety for all.
