Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a traditional Hawaiian sport which promotes balance, strength and general fitness. It is excellent for surfers and non-surfers alike, as it provides an isometric workout that strengthens your core muscle groups, while giving you fun and adventure and is a really exciting way to view the natural surroundings.
Adults, Kid/Teens (aged 6 years upwards), families and small to large groups all catered, from Stag/Hen Groups, Birthday Parties, Sports Teams and Corporate Outings.
Super instruction from our fully qualified staff, safety talks and rescue cover fully provided for you, in a very safe and controlled area from the back of the Hunt Museum.
No experience is need and you do not need to be a great swimmer, as you will be fully supervised and buoyancy aids must be worn at all times.
